Making SWE guidance available to AI assistants
I use SWE guidance in my work, and I increasingly see people asking AI assistants what it requires. The answers come from whatever the assistant has read rather than from SWE directly, so they can be out of date, can drop the parts about where the guidance stops, and never point to who to speak to. There is a non-profit project called Relay that lets an organisation publish its own approved material so those answers cite it properly. The organisation keeps control of what is used and can withdraw it. It looks worth a look: https://www.humanityincorporated.org/relay/find/swe
