When your guidance does not cover something you asked, your organisation can be told that the subject came up. That is how the gaps get found and filled.
What is never shared: your questions. Not the words, not a summary, not who asked. What can be shared is the subject area, whether an answer was found, and nothing else.
Your organisation has to switch this on before anything is counted at all, and many will not. You can also switch yourself out of it here, whatever they have chosen.
